VeriEntity Terms of Service. Please review these terms before applying for or using the service.
Legal Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to VeriEntity business verification, public business records, trust seals, dashboard accounts, payments, renewals, and related services.

Effective date: July 19, 2026
By creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing a trust seal, renewing a verification, accessing a dashboard, using a public record, or otherwise using VeriEntity, you agree to these Terms and the VeriEntity Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Mokwe Enterprise LLC concerning your use of VeriEntity. “VeriEntity,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the VeriEntity service operated by Mokwe Enterprise LLC. “You” refers to any visitor, applicant, account holder, business representative, verified business, or other user of the service.

You may not use VeriEntity unless you can legally enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.

2. Service Operator

VeriEntity is a private United States business identity verification service operated by Mokwe Enterprise LLC. VeriEntity is not a federal, state, county, municipal, licensing, regulatory, accreditation, credit-reporting, law-enforcement, or consumer-protection agency.

3. Eligibility and Authority

VeriEntity currently accepts applications concerning United States businesses. By applying, you represent that:

  • You are at least eighteen years old.
  • You are authorized to act for the business identified in the application.
  • The submitted business, domain, representative, and entity information is accurate and complete.
  • Your use of VeriEntity does not violate any law, contract, court order, or third-party right.

4. Business Accounts

Each VeriEntity account is limited to one business entity and its associated primary verified domain. A separate legal business, operating business, or unrelated brand must create a separate VeriEntity account, use a different business email address, submit its own application, and pay all applicable activation and renewal fees.

Accounts may not be shared among unrelated businesses. Account credentials are issued for the authorized representative of the business identified in the application. You may not use one account to obtain, manage, display, or pay for verification services for multiple unrelated businesses.

You must provide a unique and valid business email address. The same email address, username, or primary domain may not be used to create multiple VeriEntity accounts unless VeriEntity gives prior written approval for a documented business need.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify VeriEntity of unauthorized access.

You must keep your account and business information current. You may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or business, transfer an account without authorization, share login credentials with an unrelated business, or allow unauthorized parties to use your account.

VeriEntity may reject, merge, restrict, suspend, or close duplicate accounts or applications that appear to be created to avoid separate account requirements, fees, review procedures, or verification limits.

5. Scope of the VeriEntity Service

VeriEntity may review and display the relationship among a legal business entity, operating brand or DBA, authorized representative, and website domain. Depending on the application and available records, review may include submitted documents, public registration data, domain information, contact information, and other supporting evidence.

VeriEntity determines its own verification procedures, review standards, record format, verification level, public-profile content, and trust-seal eligibility. Procedures may change as the service develops.

6. Applications and Review Decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. VeriEntity may request clarification or additional information, place an application under review, approve it, deny it, close it, or require a new application.

You authorize VeriEntity to evaluate the information submitted, compare it with available records, contact you regarding the application, and document review activity. Failure to respond or provide requested information may delay or prevent approval.

Verification reflects information available and reviewed at a particular time. It does not establish that every statement made by a business is true or that circumstances will remain unchanged.

7. Public Verification Records

Approved applications may result in a public VeriEntity record. Public information may include:

  • Legal entity name.
  • Operating brand or DBA.
  • State of registration.
  • Entity or registration number.
  • Reviewed website domain.
  • Verification status and record number.
  • Issue, review, renewal, or expiration dates.
  • Other information reasonably related to verification.

You grant VeriEntity permission to display this business information as part of the public verification service. Personal information not intended for the public profile will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

8. VeriEntity Trust Seal

A trust seal may be available only after verification approval and required activation payment. The seal may be used solely on the approved domain and only while the associated verification remains active and eligible.

You may not:

  • Copy, alter, recreate, obscure, or falsely display a VeriEntity seal.
  • Place a seal on an unapproved domain or unrelated business.
  • use a seal after suspension, revocation, expiration, or termination.
  • represent that the seal is government approval, accreditation, endorsement, insurance, warranty, or a guarantee.

VeriEntity may disable seal functionality when the record is inactive, expired, suspended, revoked, misused, or technically unavailable.

9. Fees and Payments

Current service prices are displayed before checkout. Unless a different amount is clearly displayed, the VeriEntity trust seal activation price is $29.99 and the annual verification renewal price is $19.99.

Fees apply separately to each VeriEntity account and business verification record. Payment for one account, legal entity, brand, or domain does not activate or renew another business account or verification record.

Payments are processed through PayPal or another disclosed payment provider. You authorize the applicable provider to process the selected transaction. VeriEntity does not require you to disclose full payment-card credentials directly through the VeriEntity contact form.

Taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion costs, or other third-party fees may apply where required or imposed by the payment provider.

10. Verification Term and Renewal

A verification is generally issued for a limited term shown on the public record and business dashboard. Continuing verification may require updated information, review, and payment of the current renewal price.

VeriEntity does not automatically charge an annual renewal unless you separately and clearly authorize recurring billing. Under the current service structure, renewal payment is initiated by the business through its dashboard.

A record may expire when renewal is not completed by the displayed expiration date. Expiration may disable active public status and trust-seal functionality.

11. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Because activation and renewal payments support digital verification services, public-record maintenance, and trust-seal access, completed payments are generally nonrefundable after the purchased service has been activated or the renewal term has been applied, except where required by law or expressly approved by VeriEntity.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or processing errors should be reported promptly through the contact page. Filing an inaccurate or fraudulent payment dispute may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.

12. Corrections and Updated Information

Businesses must notify VeriEntity when material information changes, including legal name, registration status, operating brand, ownership authority, primary website domain, or business closure.

VeriEntity may require supporting evidence before changing a public record. We may preserve prior data, review notes, payment records, and audit information as reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, and service administration.

13. Suspension, Expiration, and Revocation

VeriEntity may mark a record pending, expired, suspended, revoked, unavailable, or otherwise inactive when we reasonably believe:

  • Information is false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
  • The applicant lacked authority to represent the business.
  • The business or domain no longer matches the verified record.
  • The seal or VeriEntity name is being misused.
  • A payment is reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or fraudulent.
  • The business fails to complete required renewal or review.
  • Continued display may create legal, security, or public-trust concerns.
  • These Terms or applicable law have been violated.

VeriEntity may investigate, request information, place warnings on a record, disable a seal, or remove public access while a concern is reviewed.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use VeriEntity to:

  • Commit fraud, impersonation, deception, or identity theft.
  • Misrepresent business registration, ownership, or authority.
  • Interfere with the website, database, seal script, API, or security controls.
  • Scrape, harvest, reproduce, or resell records in an abusive or unauthorized manner.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the service.
  • Use public records to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or unlawfully target anyone.
  • Create a confusingly similar verification service, seal, record number, or brand presentation.

15. Intellectual Property

VeriEntity, its name, visual identity, software, trust seal, record format, text, graphics, code, workflows, and related materials are owned by Mokwe Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

An active verified business receives only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the official seal code on its approved domain in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights in business names, logos, documents, and other materials that you lawfully submit. You grant VeriEntity the limited permission necessary to review, store, process, and display those materials for operating the service.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

VeriEntity may rely on payment processors, hosting providers, email services, public registries, domain systems, and other third-party services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Links to a business website, government registry, PayPal, or another third party do not mean VeriEntity controls or guarantees that third party.

17. Disclaimers

VERIENTITY IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

VeriEntity verifies a reviewed connection among certain business information. VeriEntity does not guarantee:

  • Future conduct, honesty, solvency, or legal compliance.
  • Product or service quality.
  • Customer satisfaction or successful transactions.
  • Licensing, insurance, tax status, creditworthiness, or financial condition.
  • That every public or submitted record is error-free or continuously current.
  • Uninterrupted website, dashboard, email, payment, or trust-seal availability.

Users remain responsible for their own investigation, contracts, purchasing decisions, legal compliance, and due diligence.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mokwe Enterprise LLC and VeriEntity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or losses arising from dealings with a listed business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from the VeriEntity service will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to VeriEntity during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • One hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mokwe Enterprise LLC, VeriEntity, and their owners, officers, contractors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your application, submissions, or representations.
  • Your business operations, products, services, website, or customer dealings.
  • Your misuse of a VeriEntity record or trust seal.
  • Your violation of these Terms, law, or third-party rights.

20. Account Termination

You may stop using VeriEntity at any time. Account closure does not automatically erase public, payment, review, security, dispute, or audit records that VeriEntity is permitted or required to retain.

VeriEntity may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, the public, Mokwe Enterprise LLC, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated.

21. Changes to the Service or Terms

VeriEntity may modify features, pricing, verification procedures, record presentation, or these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

When a change is material, VeriEntity may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, or account email. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different law must apply.

Any court proceeding concerning these Terms or VeriEntity must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, unless applicable law requires another location.

23. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed for a particular service, constitute the agreement concerning VeriEntity.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written permission from VeriEntity. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.

Electronic acceptance, submissions, notices, records, and transactions may be used in connection with the service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
